Hello , My name is Doug Cox and I would like to share a little bit of my story with you. In 2006 I started to see a decline in the housing industry and decided I was going to start looking around a a easier way of making a income. My contracting business had seen enough of the up and down and I was just plain sick of beating my head against the wall. I decided to start getting into flipping houses. About that time my wifes family house , who was left to her sister and was about to be foreclosed on because of poor planning, landed in our laps. I saw an opportunity to rehab it and put it back on the market and make a nice profit. I finished it in may of 2007, right when the bottom was getting ready to fall out in the housing industry.
